EXAMPLE:
Jones, Mary B. Frogs and Toads. New York: Doubleday, 1980.
First author’s last name, first name, Second author’s first name last name,
and third author’s first name last name. Book Title. City of publication: Publisher, date of publication.
EXAMPLE:
Jones, Mary B., Frank G. Clark, and Elizabeth J. Hart. Amphibians. New
York: Doubleday, 1983.
Author’s last name, first name. “Article Title.” Encyclopedia Title. Edition
(if there is one). Date.
EXAMPLE:
Carpenter, Judy. “Nicholas II.” Encyclopedia Britannica. 2002.
NOTE: If there is no author,
simply start the citation with the “Article Title.” If the author signs the
article with his initials, look for the list of authors in Volume I of the
set.
Author’s last name, First name. “Article Title.” Magazine Title. Issue date:
page nos.
EXAMPLE:
Brown, Lloyd C. “Bugs and Bunnies.” Discovery. April 2000: 16-18.
