Text Box: LOW ELEMENTS

Wild Woozey: Low Element
In partner pairs, participants must support and balance each other so that they can successfully walk along two cables that slowly begin to spread apart.
Lessons: working with a partner; leaning on someone; supporting others; balancing; pressure; equality; letting go of control

Nitro Crossing: Low Element
Participants begin on a small “sailboat” platform at one end of a “raging river” and must safely cross over the river to dry land. The only tools they have are each other and a rope hanging in the middle of the two platforms.

Participants try and get each other from one side to the other through a series of strings that are strung up between two trees like a spider’s web. Consequences are given each time a part of someone’s body touches a part of the web. Participants must learn proper spotting and lifting techniques to keep each other safe.
Lessons: trusting others; being trustworthy; quality vs. quantity; planning all the way through to the end; strategizing; speaking up for yourself

Cargo Net: Low Element
Participants attempt to get the entire group up and over into a large net that is about 8 feet off the ground.
Lessons: taking your time; planning through to end; rising above; ripple affect of behaviors; not rushing; getting organized
